Kalon Tripa to Attend the 4th World Parliamentarians' Convention on Tibet

Dharamshala: Kalon Tripa Professor Samdong Rinpoche will attend the fourth World Parliamentarians' Convention on Tibet (WPCT) to be held in Edinburgh, Scotland, on 18 and 19 November.

Kalon Tripa will also address the convention.

On 15 November, Kalon Tripa will leave for Delhi from where he will fly to Scotland on 17 November.

Kalon Tripa will return to Dharamshala on 22 November.
