The welfare section looks after the overall welfare of the Tibetans refugees in India, Nepal and Bhutan. It supports vide different programs like such as under:

• Sponsorship/Stipend for destitute elders
• Old People's Home
• Nutritional food Supplementary (Catholic Relief Service)
• Poverty Alleviation Program
• Youth Empowerment Scheme etc. etc.
